You may have noticed the many hands placed on the gallery walls. These were our benefactors in the gallery's early years. We appreciate them more than you may know. These people believed in the powerful idea of bringing together local art, an espresso bar, and adding to the community.
At our Thirteenth Year we invite YOU to take part in the festivities of our ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION WEEKEND, July 11th and 12th.
Works of lasting value don't come from pure magic, it comes from supporting our community and individuals who have works of lasting value to share. Many rough sketches, greenware, and test tiles never leave the studio. But, through those processes, gorgeous things are made and those things need to be seen. It's a joy that our space has given a space for these artists as they continue to create, but also the joy comes from everyone being able to be inspired and reflected in the work on the walls.
You know when to acquire that work of art, which supports you and the artist. It will bring lasting pleasure. Where will you PUT it? Where will you put the stray cat that followed you home? It will happen. It will be ok. And when the artist visits the gallery and discovers one of their creations has found a home, their heart will leap with joy too. This is what makes a local art market celebrate.
The art market of Indiana, PA is beginning to thrive, with new ventures up and down town. Maybe for this, our thirteenth anniversary, you can "be a part of the arts" in one of the three experiences that we have prepared for you this weekend. Or you can just come in and enjoy your gallery on main street. Bon appetito!

Friday, July 11th:
6-8PM Anniversary Exhibit Art Opening: Meet your favorite artists and make new friends in this free event.
6-8PM Front Porch Swing Band, "Grist for the Mill" in concert to kick off the 13th Anniversary
Saturday, July 12th:
11AM-3PM: Glaze Your Mug: Drop in for 20-30 minutes and personalize your own mug guided by Licia Lucas-Pfadt from 11-3PM. You will be able to pick it up next week or we can ship it to you. All materials will be provided with your paid support of $36 for the experience and the mug.
3-6PM: Murder in the Studio: An artistic game of 'Clue,' with a painting session led by Jonelle Summerfield and a story to solve with 6 different endings voted on by YOU by Madeleine Jones. Your painting holds clues! Solve by the end. Materials/Refreshments provided. Now reduced to $40 Per Person/ Up to 10 slots for guests.

Ecoprint a Scarf: 11-2PM learn how to ecoprint with Licia Lucas Pfadt and make a one-of-a-kind scarf. Pre-registration and tickets required (link upcoming)
Saturday, July 26th:
