About the event
The Pennsylvania Rural Arts Alliance (PRAA) is a non-profit organization committed to the development and promotion of the arts throughout rural areas of Pennsylvania. Their activities are supported by membership dues, donations, and grants from private foundations and the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts.
