About the event
It’s back! The Downtown Indiana Chili Cook-Off! The Artist’s Hand Gallery & Espresso Bar will host the chili cook-off on March 1, from 12 PM – 3 PM.
Competition Details:– 3 categories for entrants: professionals, home chefs, and IUP students.– Each entrant will be responsible for preparing at least 8 quarts (size of a large slow-cooker) and at least one 9″ x 13” pan (or equivalent) of cornbread.– Prizes will be awarded for category winners and a “Best in Show”– Set up at 11 am.
